Kemskin Total Beauty is located inside of Oxford Valley Mall 2300 Lincoln Hwy Langhorne PA 19067 on the 1st floor by JCPenny downstairs.
COUPONS & DISCOUNTS
If you have a coupon please redeem your coupon and send a screenshot of your redeemed coupon to (215)441-1168. First-time guest discount is used only once by non-members. After that, salon guests can join our membership or be charged as a nonmember. This cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount.
WE ONLY ACCEPT ONE VOUCHER /COUPON PER PERSON/PER HOUSEHOLD. In-house first-time guest special pricing is only valid your first visit. No offer can be combined. If you have used one particular offer, coupon, voucher, or one first-time guest discount you are ineligible to use any other special price discount. Please limit yourself to one special offer. All outside coupons must be purchased a minimum of 36 hours before booking. We do not offer same-day booking for vouchers.
A minimum of 36 hours in advance is required for all outside coupons or vouchers. All customers must abide by our cancellation policy. After the use of one voucher/coupon, we will not accept any other outside promotional deals. Please contact the salon directly for booking.
DEPOSITS AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS
Credit card information is required to book all appointments. Certain appointments require a deposit. Cancellation of permanent makeup and Lash extension appointment after 24 hours to the time of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.
Cancellation or no-show appointment 24 hours or less after your appointment will result in loss of deposit. There are no refunds for service appointments or membership subscription fees.
Cancellation fees may be enforced on all permanent makeup and repeat chronic cancellation policy violations that become inconsiderate to our stylists - over three, less than 24 -36 hour cancellation in one month of the same appointment will incur a rescheduling fee for the 3rdoffense.
Only store credit may be issued for services when applicable. For products, a store credit may be issued on returns less than 30 days old. Products must be 100% not used for valid returns. Other items must have original package, non-damaged/non-worn for return.
Service providers have the right to refuse service should they feel uncomfortable in any way. Please tip your service provider using CashApp, Venmo, or cash.
Suitable forms of payment are credit/ debit cards or cash. Checks are not accepted.
SALON GUESTS
Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the waiting area without adult supervision. Non-members will be subject to non-member pricing after the first service Or visit.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
First and last name, email, and phone number is required for booking. All waivers and forms must be filled out before your appointment. KemSkin Total Beauty is not responsible for any injury or misplaced belongings during your visit.
PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY
Second sessions cannot be rescheduled. If you miss your scheduled second session you will be required to pay an additional charge to reschedule it. Second sessions must be booked within 24 hours of your first session or you will forfeit your second session. Consultation is required for any persons with existing PMU. Some health conditions require a doctor's note.
BODY WAXING POLICY
We service all genders. Sexual harassment in any form will not be tolerated. Any form of indecent behavior will result in full charge of your service, termination of your service, and immediate report of sexual harassment to local police. In addition, any salon guests who perform inappropriately during waxing will not be permitted to receive services at any other Kemskin Total Beauty Nationwide.
SKINCARE POLICY
It is the salon guest's responsibility to notify the salon of any allergies prior to using any skincare. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction from skincare services. Please notify your service providers of all known allergies prior to service.
LASH EXTENSIONS POLICY
As a member with a lash membership or non-member spa guest, you may receive:
One week touch up: 30 minutes appointment on any style.
Biweekly fills: 60 minutes appointment on any style.
3 week fills: 75 minutes appointment on any style.
4 weeks fill: 90 minutes appointment on any style
Total full set: up to 120 minutes on any style.
Fills are complete once all reasonable gaps have been filled. If customer requires more fullness once all gaps are evenly filled, he or she may use a time upgrade which is an additional fee. If over time is requested by the salon guest, it may be granted as long if there is space in the lash artist schedule.
Refill means that the customer has loss no more than 25% of lashes for a one week fill,
40% of lashes for a two week fill, 50% of lashes for a three week fill, or 75% of lashes for a 4 week fill. Should the customer have less lashes remaining at the time of refill, the artist may recommend you do a time upgrade in order to create a fuller effect. If the customer declines a time upgrade, the artist will fill lashes as even as possible given the standard fill time.
It is the salon guests responsibility to maintain lashes properly at home in order to control lash shed.
If any lash member misses a total month of fill appointments, ( no refill in a complete month) the balance will carry over to the next month.
If any member misses a full month of service, the following month she or he can receive a full set at the membership rate, which their balance from the previous month would apply fully to. Any overage of time must be paid at the time of your appointment.

MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are a minimum of 4 months. After 4 months you may pause or cancel whenever you like. If paused, pause is for a minimum of 3 months and will automatically restart for a duration of 4 months minimum unless the salon guest requests to pause to a specific date. Members may choose the date of withdrawal for membership services, which will be the 1,14 or 28 of the month. Cancellation goes into effect 30 days after written or verbal request. Memberships will auto renew after 4 months unless a cancellation or pause is requested either in writing or verbally. If you would like to cancel a membership before 4 months, the services received will be charged at a non member rate, then your membership will be cancelled. Any service charges unused will role over to the next month. Membership fees do not include gratuity, tax or transaction fees. Membership fees only include the monthly service select at the time of enrollment. Additional services are billed separately at the membership rate. Overage( non used membership credits) may be added to a gift card and used on any service at a nonmember rate. Memberships are non transferable. Members may pick one spa buddy that can also receive membership discounts on the salon members membership tier. Memberships tiers are explained in our salon menu.

PACKAGES
Packages may be time sensitive. If all series are not utilized by the package expiration date, the remaining service balance will be eligible for any full-price service.
Packages do not include membership. Package holders are not subject to any membership perks.
Packages are non-transferable. The initial purchaser must use each service in the package.
